9. Vajramushti in Hindu & Buddhist Forms to Tibet circa 100 CE

Simhanada Vajramukti established in Mount Potalaka area of Tibet in both Hindu and Buddhist forms (for Buddhism: Arhat and Bodhisattva -Theravada and Mahayana). This was prior to LATER  establishment of  Tantric Buddhism proper in the 8th Century CE by Guru Padmasambhava the Lotus-Born, also known as  The 'Guru with the Lion's Voice' (The Lions' Roar! Guru).

After Guru Santiraksita unsuccessfully attempted to introduce Mahayana Buddhism into Tibet on the invitation of Tibetan King Trisongdetsen, Guru Padmasambhava (The Lotus Born) successfully introduced Tantric Buddhism in the Siddha tradition, which mixed with indigenous Tibetan Bon-Po Shamanism (8th Century CE). Vajramukti was already present in Tibet.
